Young successfully defended their client who was a trustee in multiple lawsuits (different counties) filed by a beneficiary. These lawsuits, among other causes of action, alleged that their client was liable for fraud, conversion, financial elder abuse, breach of trust, breach of fiduciary duty, etc. in an amount of approximately $3,000,000 to $5,000,000.
