Result: Removal of Trustee, Surcharge for Double Damages, and Appointment of Client as Trustee

Blaine M. Brown, Esq. of OC Trial Group, APC, represented a client who was a beneficiary of a family trust. Mr. Brown was able to demonstrate to the court that the trustee should be removed and surcharged for double damages based on the trustee’s breach of fiduciary duty and breach of trust. Mr. Brown also obtained the appointment of his client as trustee of the family trust.
